EXTREMELY PLEASE with BM&R Party Rentals!!! I was burned badly from another moon bounce company, and I was in a pickle trying to find another company with only a week of anticipation for my daughter Birthday Party. They responded INSTANTLY which amazed me because any company I’ve ever contacted, takes minimum of a day to respond. They were so friendly and accommodating. The delivery crew came on time and were also very friendly, professional, and respectful. The moon bounce was bigger than I expected, my daughter and her friends were so happy! First time renting a combo for a party. My daughters birthday and I was in need of tables, chairs and entertainment for the little ones. Their combos worked out PERFECTLY, and very flexible to change if needed. My combo came with 25 chairs but I was in need of more, the company was very easy to work with and get us what we needed for our events. Very punctual, clean equipment, friendly, great communication throughout time, from before until after event. Would definitely work with again and recommend. Thanks guys !
